John has more than 30 years of real estate sales and brokerage management experience in Mississippi. He has served in most of the Mississippi Association of REALTORS®' elected offices including President and has been selected as MAR REALTOR® of the Year and MAR REALTOR® Hall of Fame. A former broker/owner, he has been active in agent training in his own company and in the Mississippi REALTOR® Institute.

Driving Directions

From I-55 take the Lakeland Drive East exit. The REALTOR® Institute fronts Lakeland Drive. 4.5 miles east of I-55 immediately beyond the Lakeland/Airport Road (Hwy 475) interchange. At the traffic light at Airport Road and Lakeland Dr., turn LEFT. Follow the road around and take your first RIGHT. Take an immediate RIGHT and the REALTOR® Institute parking lot is directly ahead.

From Hwy 25 (name changes to Lakeland Drive once through Brandon) Watch for the Fannin Road intersection at the Dogwood Festival Shopping Center. The REALTOR® Institute fronts Lakeland Drive 1.5 miles west of that intersection on your right across from the entrance into Parkway Place Retail Center.

From Hwy 49 Continue on Hwy 49 to the intersection of Hwy 49 and Hwy 80. Go straight through this intersection. This is now Flowood Drive. Continue straight on Flowood Drive until you get to the 4th red light which will be Airport Road. Turn LEFT on Airport Road. Go straight through the traffic light at Airport Road and Lakeland Dr.. Follow the road around and take your first RIGHT. Take an immediate RIGHT and the REALTOR® Institute parking lot is directly ahead.

A Sleep Inn is located across from the REALTOR® Center in the Parkway Place retail center. 601-936-0007. Identify yourself as taking courses from the REALTOR® Institute to receive a discount.
