Learn from the Experts – Our Instructor Cadre You’ll learn from seasoned real estate practitioners when you take any REALTOR® Institute course. All courses are taught by instructors who have real world real estate experience and offer practical examples, not abstract textbook theories, to illustrate their points. Instructors become eligible to teach REALTOR® Institute courses only after completing a rigorous application, screening and training process. And instructors are evaluated and rated by students after each course to maintain quality and consistency.
Driving Directions From I-55 take the Lakeland Drive East exit. The REALTOR® Institute fronts Lakeland Drive. 4.5 miles east of I-55 immediately beyond the Lakeland/Airport Road (Hwy 475) interchange. At the traffic light at Airport Road and Lakeland Dr., turn LEFT. Follow the road around and take your first RIGHT. Take an immediate RIGHT and the REALTOR® Institute parking lot is directly ahead. From Hwy 25 (name changes to Lakeland Drive once through Brandon) Watch for the Fannin Road intersection at the Dogwood Festival Shopping Center. The REALTOR® Institute fronts Lakeland Drive 1.5 miles west of that intersection on your right across from the entrance into Parkway Place Retail Center. From Hwy 49 Continue on Hwy 49 to the intersection of Hwy 49 and Hwy 80. Go straight through this intersection. This is now Flowood Drive. Continue straight on Flowood Drive until you get to the 4th red light which will be Airport Road. Go straight through the traffic light at Airport Road and Lakeland Dr.. Follow the road around and take your first RIGHT. Take an immediate RIGHT and the REALTOR® Institute parking lot is directly ahead.
